Where is Cristiano Ronaldo living after he and his family decided to leave a lavish hotel in Saudi Arabia?

Cristiano Ronaldo has moved out of his £250,000-a-month Saudi Arabia hotel and into his first home in the Kingdom.

The Portuguese star moved to Al Nassr in January and had been living in the Four Seasons, paying the mammoth sum since his move.

Ronaldo was reportedly paying a quarter of a million each month for 17 rooms, across two floors that housed him, his family and his entourage.

One source told The Mirror: “Cristiano and his family have left the hotel they were in.”

He arrived in Saudi Arabia on January 3 to complete his switch to Al Nassr after leaving Manchester United by mutual consent.

That’s around seven weeks – a hefty bill for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, but one he can easily afford with a lucrative £173m contract over two years.

It is not clear where exactly Ronaldo is living although it’s believed to be an exclusive compound with high-level security and easy access to restaurants, shops, gyms and other amenities.

There has been no suggestion that Ronaldo has bought this home, and it could well be the case that he is renting.

One of the areas Ronaldo was looking at when he moved was Al Muhammadiyah, one of the premier locations in Saudi Arabia, while another was Al Nakheel, a place with the best schools to help educate his children.

His mother, Dolores Aveiro, has recently traveled to Saudi Arabia to be with her son and posted a picture of herself online in the Middle East.

“Always very happy by your side,” she posted on Instagram alongside a picture of the two of them.

Ronaldo has made a fine start to life at Al Nassr, scoring five goals and providing two assists as his side sit on top of the league, hoping to win their first league title since 2019.

It would be another medal to add to the collection of a man who has won league titles in England, Spain and Italy.
