Jennifer Lopez closed Sunday night’s American Music Awards in style with an eye-popping performance of new single Booty.
J-Lo set temperatures soaring after a fairly tame night (except for Christina Milian’s raunchy performance, maybe) as she was joined by Iggy Azalea on stage to belt out their track and show off some very raunchy dance moves.
The mum-of-two kicked of the performance writhing around on the stage – and Iggy’s butt – in a tiny black and white leotard before she changed into an equally skimpy bright red sequin outfit with deep plunge.
Rapper Iggy was looking equally as jaw-dropping in her her tiny gold sequin leotard, which showed off her very impressive pins.
“So excited for my first performance at the #AMAs thanks for all the nominations guys!!!” Iggy tweeted ahead of their booty-shaking performance – and she had every right to be excited because she scooped two awards.
She picked up Best Rap/Hip-Hop Album for The New Classic and Best Rap/Hip-Hop Artist, and gave an emotional speech when she picked up the first honour.
The Australian said: “This award is the first award I’ve ever won in my entire life, and means so much to me that it is for best hip-hop, because that’s what inspired me to move to American and pursue my dreams.
“It’s what helped me when I was a teenager to escape and to get through my life and to better times.”
Earlier on in the night La Lopez made sure she had all eyes once again on her in a cut-out nude frock, which showed off her seriously toned tummy.
The singer wore her Reem Acra design with nude Christian Louboutin heels, a gold clutch, and a slicked back ‘do.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift opened the show opened the show with a raunchy performance of her new song Blank Space – the first time she’s done it live – and was honoured with a special recognition prize, the Dick Clark Award for Excellence, which was presented to her by Diana Ross.
The usually well-behaved and demure Taylor Swift ramped things up somewhat when she sabotaged nearly every male dancer on stage.
Performing her new hit Blank Space for the very first time, she even gave the crowd at Hollywood’s Nokia Theater a glimpse of her thigh when she pulled her long frock up .
And talking of dresses, one wasn’t enough for Taylor, 24. She had a second one on underneath during her brilliant performance.
