Selena Gomez has made it clear that she’s not afraid to make a statement in her music.

She recently took aim at her ex Justin Bieber in her latest track Lose You to Love Me, which appears to have been inspired by their toxic relationship.

The artist also proved she’s not afraid to make a statement in her wardrobe, as she rocked an avant-garde look Tuesday in New York City.

They had a very on-again, off-again relationship, which lasted from 2010 to 2018, until Bieber tied the knot with Hailey Baldwin.

A source recently told Us Weekly of Lose You to Love Me: ‘The song was inspired by Selena’s breakup from Justin, but it would be incorrect to say it’s totally about Justin.
