And it turns out the 46-year-old All I Have Las Vegas performer also has a knack for flaunting her ᴀssets during her down time as well.
On Sunday during a break from shooting her TV series Shades Of Blue, the 46-year-old actress got all prettied up for a shopping spree at Blue & Cream in East Hampton with her beau Casper Smart as well as her twins Max and Emme, aged eight, that she had with ex Marc Anthony.
The All I Have performer looked elegant in a plunging black maxi dress that hit the floor.
The Bronx beauty also pulled her famous locks into a high top knot and added scarlet red lipstick to her pout, making the icon stand out even more on the H๏τ summer day.
High heels added six inches and the Latin wonder also carried a red and beige handbag. Large gold hoops earrings screamed Jenny From The Block.
Her boyfriend of several years, Smart, kept it much more casual in a white T-shirt and beige shirts with clean looking white sneakers.
The shorts showed off tattoos on the choreographers left leg.
The best friend of Nick Jonas also had on sunglᴀsses and a slight beard.
Little Emme was darling in a sweater with a horse print and shorts with sneakers with her hair pulled back in a ponytail, Max, who strolled with a handler, wore a red shirt with beige shirts and flip flops.
Also with the clan was the Maid In Manhattan star’s mother Guadalupe who looked ready for time by the pool in her Hawaiian print shirt and blue slacks.
Guadalupe had a bag from Intermix.
Lopez has been reprising her role as Harlee Santos on the NBC cop drama Shades Of Blue. On Friday the star shared a pH๏τo from set with the caption: Harlee is baaack.’
In a candid interview with Britain’s DARE magazine, the singer recalled: ‘I remember thinking I wasn’t thin enough because I had curves.’
However, the Love Don’t Cost A Thing hitmaker has since learned to embrace her body for what it is and is encouraging others to do the same.
She explained: ‘Feeling beautiful is an atтιтude, and we should all look for the beautiful things we love about ourselves, regardless of how our bodies compare to someone else.’
The mother to eight-year-old twins Max and Emme, also stressed the importance of working out to feel comfortable in your skin and convey a message of body confidence.
And for Jennifer – who started her career as a ‘Fly Girl’ on US sketch show In Living Color in 1991 – that confidence stemmed from dancing.
‘When my confidence is lagging, I dance. There’s something about seeing what my body is capable of and feeling the endorphin rush that comes with a good dance session that really helps boost my mood. I still consider myself a dancer at heart, and I love it!’
While multi-talented Jennifer has made her mark over the years with many high profile projects such as Selena and The Wedding Planner, she has also been celebrated for her shapely figure.
In 2000, she ensured all eyes were on her as she donned the now iconic green Versace gown at the Grammys. Plunging down the middle, it barely covered her ample ᴀssets and rested on her honed hips while flaunting her bootylicious behind.
In an interview with ᴅᴇᴀᴅline, the Ain’t Your Mama singer said that she is ‘grateful’ for all the work she has at the moment.
‘I just tried to be grateful for the fact that, at this point in my career, I have this much going on. But the truth is the quality of the work, of the writing, of the actors, of Barry [Levinson], of the producers, of the writers room.
‘I felt like, this is my best work, you know? This was how I started my career. This is who I am. I always saw myself as an actress who danced and sang and had those talents as well, and I made my records later in my career.
‘I didn’t make my first record until I was almost 30. So the acting was always the first thing. That was where people got to know me,’ she said.
