Sadio Mane expressed in his declaration his ambition to “win everything” with Al Nassr if given the opportunity.
Mane, a former player for Liverpool who is now 31 years old, joined Al Nassr on Tuesday after moving from Bayern Munich.
The following day, Mane participated in his first training session with the other members of the Al Nassr team. It is said that Mane has agreed to terms on a contract with Riyadh that will pay him $830,290 per week.
After Wednesday’s practice, Mane made a brazen introduction to his new teammates by delivering an impassioned speech in front of them.

Mane introduced himself and said, “I am really happy to be part of you guys and really excited to start with you guys, of course,” holding a water bottle as if it were a microphone.
“Winning is our goal in everything. Everyone is undoubtedly prepared for it. What an amazing team they are. Let’s complete it jointly. I believe that working together will be successful.
The rest of the team, led by captain Cristiano Ronaldo, highly praised Mane’s statement.
In the previous season’s Saudi Pro League, Al Nassr came in second place.
During the 2023–24 season, Ronaldo, Mane, and company will compete in five competitions: the Saudi Pro League, Arab Club Champions Cup, AFC Champions League, Saudi Super Cup, and King Cup.
This season, Al Nassr has already played two games in the Arab Club Champions Cup, first drawing 0-0 with Al-Shabab and then defeating USM 4-1 of Tunisia.
If they win on Thursday against the reigning Egyptian champions Zamalek, they will advance from the group round.
