The singer/actress voices a character in the kids film, which marks the fifth instalment in the successful animated franchise.
J-Lo made sure all eyes were on her during the glitzy screening at the city’s Zanuck Theater, which is housed at the 20th Century Fox Lot in Century City.
The brunette beauty, 46, chose a figure-hugging white dress with sheer lace sleeves, which she teamed with matching high heels and purse.
The dress showed off the singer’s famous curves and Jenny from the Block looked delighted to mingle with other stars at the event.
She even posed for pictures with two of the cuddly characters from the film, but she still managed to steal the spotlight.
Jennifer voices the part of Shira, a female saber tooth tiger, in the film – a role she previously played in the fourth movie in the series, Ice Age: Continental Drift.
The latest instalment in the Ice Age series also features an all-star cast alongside regulars Ray Romano, John Leguizamo and Denis Leary.
Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage also makes an appearance along with Queen Latifah, Nicki Minaj and Drake.
The movie opened in the UK this week.
